Miss Amelia is the eccentric owner of a rundown store in the Great Depression. Purporting to be her cousin, Lymon, a hunchback dwarf, arrives one day and proceeds to bewitch Miss Amelia. He helps transform the store by turning it into a cafe. But things go wrong when her one time husband, who was the local villain, returns and is bent on revenge.
